This Travel Cancellation & Refund Policy governs travel experiences organized, coordinated, marketed, facilitated, hosted, or operated, by BrewingtheBeing LLC (“Brewing the Being,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). including, but not limited to:
Retreats
Tours,
Spiritual travel programs;
Wellness travel experiences
Workshops,
Pilgrimages, educational journeys, ceremonial travel, and guided domestic or international group
Because spiritual and wellness travel experiences require extensive advance planning, vendor coordination, staffing commitments, lodging reservations, transportation scheduling, ceremonial arrangements, administrative labor, and support infrastructure, participants acknowledge that cancellation policies for guided travel experiences materially differ from ordinary retail purchases.

Unless otherwise stated, in writing, for a specific retreat, or tour:
All deposits shall be non-refundable.
Deposits secure limited participant placement within the travel program.

2. Participant Cancellation Schedule
Unless otherwise stated, in writing, for a specific retreat, or tour, the following cancellation schedule shall apply:

Third-party excursions
Event tickets
Travel insurance premiums

When reasonably possible, BrewingtheBeing LLC may assist participants in pursuing vendor credits, transfers, or recoveries. Such assistance shall not constitute a guarantee of reimbursement.
4. Travel Insurance
BrewingtheBeing LLC strongly recommends that all participants obtain comprehensive third-party travel insurance coverage, including, but not limited to:
Trip cancellation coverage
Trip interruption coverage
Medical emergency coverage
Emergency evacuation coverage
Political evacuation coverage
Airline interruption coverage
Weather interruption coverage
Lost baggage coverage
Supplier insolvency coverage
“Cancel For Any Reason” (“CFAR”) coverage, when available
Participants acknowledge that failure to obtain travel insurance that covers these, and other non-specified circumstances, shall not create refund obligations to BrewingtheBeing beyond those expressly stated within this Policy.
BrewingtheBeing LLC is not an insurance provider, insurance broker, claims administrator, or underwriting entity.
Any travel insurance obtained by participants shall be governed solely by the applicable third-party insurance provider’s terms, conditions, exclusions, limitations, and claims procedures.
5. Medical, Emotional, Psychological, and Spiritual Conditions
Participants acknowledge that spiritual travel, retreat environments, meditation practices, ceremonial experiences, sound-based experiences, wellness activities, energy work, international travel conditions, environmental exposure, schedule irregularities, emotional processing, and cross-cultural experiences may create physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual, or interpersonal stress.
The following shall not constitute grounds for refund:
Personal dissatisfaction
Emotional discomfort
Spiritual dissatisfaction
Group-dynamic disagreements
Cultural discomfort
Weather dissatisfaction
Itinerary fatigue
Homesickness
Subjective disappointment
Disagreement with teachings, practices, facilitators, or participants
Failure to achieve desired emotional, spiritual, therapeutic, energetic, relational, or transformational outcomes.
BrewingtheBeing LLC does not guarantee specific medical, therapeutic, psychological, emotional, spiritual, energetic, financial, educational, or transformational outcomes.
6. Participant Conduct & Removal
When reasonably necessary, in the judgment of owners, employees, agents, or assigns of, BrewingtheBeing LLC, it expressly reserves the right to deny participation to, remove, dismiss, restrict, or refuse continued participation for any traveler whose conduct:
Endangers themselves
Endangers other participants
Violates local law
Violates retreat rules
Violates local customs
Materially disrupts group operations
Creates repeated interpersonal conflict
Creates disturbance affecting other person(s) in the group
Involves harassment
Involves discrimination
Involves abusive conduct
Involves reckless conduct
Involves intoxication-related disruption
Involves unsafe behavior
Under such circumstances:
No refund shall be issued
Additional transportation costs shall become solely the participant’s responsibility
Additional lodging costs shall become solely the participant’s responsibility
Emergency repatriation costs, if applicable, shall become solely the participant’s responsibility
Any additional work with medical, psychological, spiritual, or emotional therapies secondary to such travel become solely the participant’s responsibility.
7. Itinerary Modifications
Participants acknowledge that travel inherently involves circumstances beyond organizational control.
BrewingtheBeing LLC expressly reserves the right to modify, substitute, postpone, reroute, cancel, or reasonably adjust:
Lodging
Transportation
Facilitators
Teachers
Guides
Ceremony locations
Venues
Meal arrangements
Schedules
Excursions
Activities
Travel routes
Cultural visits
Such modifications may occur due to circumstances including, but not limited to:
Weather conditions
Natural disasters / Acts of God
Political instability
Government restrictions
Border restrictions
Illness
Transportation interruptions
Religious closures
Safety concerns
Vendor cancellations
Infrastructure failures
Force majeure events
Reasonable substitutions or itinerary modifications shall not constitute grounds for refund.,
8. Organizer Cancellation
If BrewingtheBeing LLC cancels a retreat, or tour, before departure, for reasons within its direct operational control, participants may receive, at BrewingtheBeing LLC’s discretion:

Partial refund

Childcare costs

9. Force Majeure
No refunds, credits, damages, compensation, reimbursement obligations, or liability shall arise from cancellations, delays, interruptions, itinerary changes, postponements, or inability to operate caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of BrewingtheBeing LLC, including, but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Pandemics
Epidemics
Government restrictions
Border closures
Political unrest
Civil unrest
Terrorism
War
Labor strikes
Transportation shutdowns
Airline disruptions

Utility failures

Participants agree to first contact BrewingtheBeing LLC regarding billing concerns before initiating chargebacks, disputes, reversals, or payment claims through financial institutions or payment processors.
Fraudulent, abusive, or knowingly improper chargebacks may result in:
